Chapter 39. Enraged God

The roaring of Poseidon was so loud in their ears as they continued running as fast as they could. Jasmine and Max’s powers are still limited in the land of the dead. The only way they would have easily gotten away from the enraged Poseidon is by disappearing and appearing in another location. However, they can’t since they can’t use such power.

However, they can still use their invisibility powers. Jasmine slackened her pace. She grabbed Max as she quickly snapped her fingers activating invisibility.

“No!” Poseidon roared as he finally set his foot on the plain ground. Losing his target isn’t a thing to boast about. Never in his god life has he ever lost a target a few paces away from his reach.

It was just a matter of time for him to ram through Jasmine and Max with his trident he has been spinning incredibly fast. With his eyes narrowed on the last spot he saw them last, he focuses his gaze. “Where are they?” he mumbled.
