Chapter 62. Our Lunch Date

Tristan’s POV

Suddenly, the door opened, and she peered out. “Will you help me shower?” she asked innocently. My heart skipped a beat or two with excitement. I flashed a grin at her and walked over to the en-suite before she could change her mind. She invited me and I didn’t disappoint her, giving her the steamiest fun possible in the bathtub. 

Later, with both of us feeling sated and refreshed, we went down to make breakfast together. This was the best life possible and I could get used to this. It was as if we were married already. Later, we sat at the breakfast table and she told me what happened in my absence with her brothers. I seethed with anger at Caleb’s audacity. 

“I’m glad that Bran has accepted us, Jay,” she said as we ate breakfast. I was glad of that but decided that soon I needed to talk to Caleb.

“Don’t worry, Leo knows about us,” I said as I sipped my coffee while taking a bite of a bacon and egg sandwich.
