Chapter 27. His Fight

I'm sat with Felicity, Iz and Lucia. Felicity is holding Luciano. I watch them face each other, and I can't help the panic that rises up in me.

The fight begins, and I watch them move. It's clear whatever Danni’s tricks are, they are failing. Lorenzo is getting hits in, using Danni’s own moves against him.

I see him still and panic, his brothers shouting at him louder. Why isn't he moving? Standing, I shout his name, but he doesn't respond. My eyes close as I see the hit, I want to run to him.

The blood now drips from his eye, but the hit has woken him up. I see a new look cross Lorenzo's face.
