"Drew, it's good that you are here. We need to talk." Kaira said in a flippant tone as a response to Drew's jovial earlier question. She is actually trying to maintain her calmness despite the loud beating of her heart. She is adamant about completing this discussion with Drew while Calix is busy and is still out of the scene.

"Miss me much, Babe? Don't worry, I miss you that much too."

"I am not in the mood for games, Drew."

"I honestly don't like the way you've been calling me today. What happened? Why are we on a first-name basis now? What happened to the babe and the baby? Is this all because of your fake husband?" Drew questioned, igniting more of Kaira's annoyance for him.

"Drew, will you stop it?" She answered, glancing around to see if any of the Hendrix's men were around to see them talking. "We need to talk, and we need to do it now while they are still all occupied."

Noting Kaira's stance, Drew thought that they are on a first-name basis simp
