Chapter 38. Plan A Does Work!

Shantelle's POV

As I cooked our dinner, my heart was filled with a sense of expectation because I had just gotten a haircut. It's still a bit long, but the ends of it had layers, and I also got bangs. That was the haircut I opted for. 

And apart from that, Cara also trimmed my eyebrows, albeit I didn't want to. So then, we went out to shop for a dress since they insisted that I should look lovely, and the outfit they bought was quite revealing. 

Shopping and dressing up had a purpose for our plans, and I could do nothing but acquiesce to the two of them since I wanted to know as well if Gavin loved me. 

Dani and Cara made a checklist to help me ascertain Gavin's feelings toward me. And today is the day that I'm starting the plan. 

Once I'm done cooking, I prepare the dishes and serve them on the table. And coincidentally, Gavin arrived, but it seemed that he didn't notice me as he headed straight to the bedroom.
