 Theme: The Sirens

The three of them were perched inside the small vessel, staring at the Lascaux cave which was ahead of them. Rex was the only one rowing the three of them, and they were amazed by his strength.

Rey Reed rubbed his palm on his face for the third time, trying his best to push down the memory of his parents. He had different questions running in his mind, threatening to burst out of control.

Finally, he couldn't help but ask, "The being you talked about earlier, is he still alive?"

"You mean Alaska?" Rex asked, and Rey Reed nodded. "I killed him. After your father killed all the men that followed me to Gaea, I returned to the afterlife alone, fought and killed him."

Rey Reed asked again, "Why weren't you in the afterlife when my soul was hijacked? Why don't you become the next king after Alaska?"
