Chapter 304. Celebration and Accident

That first meeting had been with Mukhtar alone and he informed Emma about Fareedah.

The boy who seemed to be getting confused with the extension of relatives had tilted his head just as Evelyn would and Marissa could see that Mukhtar noticed that too by the enthralled look on his face, then the boy asked if that means that his  wife would also be his mother and Mukhtar with a lump in his throat told the boy that if he wished it to be so.

The day before the event, Emma met with Fareedah when Mukhtar volunteered to help out with the preparations after he was invited and he had brought his wife along. They got on well but did not bring up the issue of mothers again nor did he call her mum.
