[Flashback]

I rolled my eyes at my phone when it beeps. Hale is so clingy. I shook my head before I accepted his facetime.

“What took you so long to answer, huh?” His eyes suddenly narrowed at me. I know he’s just teasing me.

I stared at him before putting foundation on my face, and the jerk just giggled. He loves to tease me, and it has become his habit! There isn’t a day that he doesn’t tease me, nor a day that I don’t get frustrated.

“Your birthday is next week, babe. Any plans? I want to travel around Europe. How about you?” he asked and jumped on his bed. He’s not wearing anything on top.

I stopped and snorted. I just remembered! Dad, Mom, and Jillian are coming here right now. I’m going to fetch them later at the airport. They will stay here for three days.
