Belle’s POV

My father said goodbye after we finished eating because his ‘daughter’ had called and asked him to pick her up at a friend’s house.

“Be careful,” I warn before he slips out of my sight.

“Belle, come with me for a moment, and I’ll just show you something,” Zoren said, and he walked into the secret room.

I looked at Zeke, who immediately nodded and walked over to join me.
