Belle’s POV

“Hey, hop in! Your father told me to take you to school,” Gina stated as she lowered her car window.

“Are you going to be my bodyguard?” I ask, raising an eyebrow.

“I’m a better security guard than your father. Besides, I’m going to university,” Gina explained.

I was forced into Gina’s car without saying anything.

“You still don’t believe me up to this point?” Gina asked, looking at me before returning her sight to the road.

“I agreed for you to stay in our house, but you can’t force me to be close because I don’t know who you are or what your true purpose is,” I replied.
