Chapter 124

Sophia’s POV

We had camped all night right at the edge of the rather scary field of Mephistopheles, and it was already almost dawn. I won’t say I was scared of crossing the field in particular but I wasn’t particularly excited either. I just wanted to get the whole thing over with and go back home. I was already a bit worried that my dad would be getting anxious over the fact that he hasn’t heard from me in a while and I really missed him a lot more than I thought I would. It was so severe that I actually kind felt quite homesick in a way.

Anyway, back to the current situation. I was practically awake the whole night along with Lucas who also stayed up with me. Quite obviously, we did some rather erotic stuff that I don’t plan on telling here though, but trust me when I say, it was awesome. Expectedly, James was the first to wake up (I mean besides I and Lucas) since he was unnecessarily excited about the whole journey through the field of Mephistopheles and all.
