“Okay, we’re all ears, man,” Derek said to him.

“Alright, I’ll tell you guys but you guys better brace yourselves cause it isn’t particularly good news,” James said to us, paused for a moment to observe our facial expressions and then spoke. “Weird as it might sound, I think we are in hell,” he said to us.

“But that can’t be true,” Lucas said to him, “we just saw the flaming valley of hell before we found the third gate that led us to this world where we currently find ourselves. So how can you say we are in hell?” Lucas asked.
