Chapter 18. Stuart's Confession
"Has your dad left?" she asked Rosalie.
"No, he's waiting downstairs in his car. He wants to help me shift," answered Rosalie. She went to Allison's bedroom to get her luggage.
Stuart handed her the address of her new apartment, along with the keys, and helped her with her luggage to the elevator.
"Do you need my help? I can drive you and help you with the luggage," offered Stuart.
"Thanks, Stuart, but my dad's waiting downstairs. He wants to help. Don't come down else I would have to explain to him about you," said Rosalie, with an apologetic look.
"Okay, no problem. I understand. Do call us when you're settled in," he said.
"Sure," she said, kissing Allison's cheek.
"See you, Alli," said Rosalie as Allison hugged her back. Rosalie left and Stuart turned towards Allison.
