Chapter 29. Meeting His Twin
Andrea’s face flushed, his nearness affecting her acutely, but his hold on her made it impossible for her to move away. “Everyone’s staring at us, Aries,” she said when her cheek grazed against his stubble. Why was he invading her personal space?
“Hmm, let them. You and I are together, remember?” he reminded her. Andrea turned to look at him, seeing his eyes burning into hers. It held passion, along with a strange emotion she had never seen before. What was it? Before she could re-check, he blinked and looked away.
“How long do I have to play along, Aries? I’m tired of bluffing everyone,” she whispered back.
“Till the wedding. It seems like you want to be free because of Cameron.” He released her and suddenly stormed away without waiting for her answer. Andrea rolled her eyes at his childish behavior. Couldn’t he wait for her clarification? Then again, why did she need to clarify herself all the time? She wasn’t in an actual relationship with him?
