Chapter 17. The Search

Vincent’s POV

Her scent is vivid not only to me but also for my father’s beta. I made sure that we could both track her down in a place where the enemy took her no matter the distance, even if it’s at the end of the world. I must find her and bring her back to protect her and fulfill our fate.

“I think that she is aboard that ship Your Majesty.”

We find ourselves at the docks where many yachts and a ship is being keep alongside the shore. The vast ocean floor is not a place for wolves like us, maybe they thought we won’t be able to track her if she’s at the shore. But the wind from the sea brought her scent to me.

It is also not common that they would take someone hostage on a huge ship, the enemies must be planning to sail far away to escape from my grasp. But they are wrong because right now I am going to get her.

“We need to stay still and wait for dawn, the humans will be alerted if things get loud and messy.”
