Chapter 105. Rescue Mission

Elara POV

We don’t bother to wait until the cover of night before we approach the Ruby Pack. With a caravan of Imperial wolves at my side, there is no need. Their powers will subdue the warriors long enough. Jasmine approaches the Ruby guards with a smile on her face. Her golden eyes glow with her power, and they can’t react fast enough. She slides into their minds with ease, wiping any memory that we are here.

As we move into the territory, I wait for more Ruby warriors to come to their pack’s aid, but the streets are empty. It is almost as if they knew we were coming, and it makes my heart race.

“Where are the women?” I whisper aloud to no one.

Zeke takes the lead. “Spread out, but don’t go alone. Find the captive Imperial wolves and set them free.”

Our forces take off in different directions, making sure to stay in groups of three or more. I turn my attention to the pack house. I can’t explain it, but I am sure they are in there.
