Chapter 110. Training

Elara POV

It has been months since I have trained. I kept telling myself that I would get back into it when everything calmed down, but now, I don’t have a choice. If I am going to defeat Alpha Jasper, I will have to make sure I am in the best shape of my life, and I only have a week to do it in.

“You couldn’t have set any amount of time,” Zeus whines. “But no. You chose a week.”

“It’s fine,” I say, stretching out my arms. “How hard could it be?”

It was meant to be a joke, but my mates don’t look amused. They are scared for me. Per the rules of an Alpha challenge, they won’t be able to help me. This fight is between Jasper and me alone. If I fall, he gains control of the Imperial Pack, and that is not something I can let happen. I will protect them all with my life.
