“At least for now, I am still your Luna; respect that,” I said, holding her cheeks.

She kept glaring at me, but before I could react, a voice interrupted us.

“What is going on here?”

I turned to see Daemon; he cast Lila a sharp glare, making her shrink back in fear before his gaze settled on me, giving him a long stare. I turned around and walked away.

I heard everything that went on between Luna Rhea and my mate, Lila. I heard their every single conversation and I felt my heart pieces at every word that left their lips.
