Chapter 85. Embarrassment

Rhea’s POV

I angrily sauntered inside my room and tried locking up the door and to my surprise, Daemon’s blazing black eyes came into view. He is standing in front of me, holding the door, stopping it from closing with his right leg. It was obvious that he had been following me.

He was glaring at me and I don’t know why. Didn’t he see that I’m not in the mood right now besides I am the one that every single soul pissed off today so I am the rightful person to be angry but his penetrating eyes seemed to see right through me.

Just like earlier, I wish for the ground to swallow me but that will only make me a coward. So I went away from his biting stare and stride toward my closet.

Opening my wardrobe, Daemon’s baleful voice looms over the room, “Why did you leave?” I halt on my track, leaving the wardrobe half open.
