Chapter 32. Use Her Weakness

“Alexa!” Valerie hissed venomously, as soon as she left Wayne’s room and shut the door to her own room. “This is all your fault! Wayne would not have dreamt of rejecting her so blatantly if that damn woman had not come into his life. You shall regret ever crossing my path!” she vowed. She was going to make Alexa pay.

Knowing that she could not possibly remain in the same house with Wayne after tonight, she started packing. Filled with fury against Alexa, she dumped the clothes in her box as though she was thrashing the box or held a grievance against the clothes.
