Selena couldn’t stop staring; her heart thumped in her chest due to nervousness, but at the same time, she had never been this at peace in her life before.

It all felt so magical.

Her usually racing mind had quieted down, and she felt like this was the break that she had needed since everything in her life had been going to sh*t.

But the thing here was that she felt confused.

She had thought that everyone had gotten it wrong; that there was no such thing as the Moon goddess. She had believed that it was all something that had been made up just so they all could cope with how sh*tty life was.
