Chapter 45. An Ultimatum

It went quiet and everyone stopped. It was as if time had paused. Pain ran through the omega and she held her leg as she cried on the ground.

Her knee had scraped badly and she was bleeding. The pain was high and as much as she just wanted to pretend like nothing was wrong, she could not. She was suffering.

Everyone stared and just as Cat turned to come to her aid, the girl was stopped by someone.
