Chapter 83. A Bad Day

The pain was a different kind. It made her heart clench, and she could feel tears burning her eyes, so she just pulled away and sat upright in her seat.

The lecturer had finally finished fixing the projector, and then he started his lesson. Everyone paid attention, but no matter how hard the Omega tried to focus and just grasp what was being said, she couldn’t. She felt like she was drowning. And gosh, it felt like she was lifting weights just trying to keep the tears from falling. She just wanted the class to be over so she could get the hell out of there.
