Alex POV

I sniffed around the forest for hours after I left the Institute. I confronted my Uncle but the jackass denied the existence of a man named Salazar just like he did when I arrived here. He was the Dead here of course he was lying.

This was the longest I’d stayed in wolf form since my injury and my wolf wasn’t trying to trap me. I can’t believe I was friends with my wolf but now I’m ready to trade him for another wolf. Right now we managed to put aside our issues and search for the woman we loved.
