Mason’s POV

I smile and extend my hand to Sammy. “Welcome to the pack, Sammy. I heard you have a rather interesting ability.”

As soon as I say interesting ability, the pack members training close by stop and turn their attention towards us. Just like dominoes, the rest of the training field slowly stops and turns towards us, too.

Sammy lightly giggles and nods her head. “You can say that, but I understand I’m not the only one with some amazing abilities. Is it true the Luna can actually heal people?”

Donna walks up beside me as I nod and wrap my arm around her waist. “Yes. That is true. However, not everyone has an ability.”

My mate slightly frowns. “Yeah, I’m one who doesn’t have any abilities. However, I am very good at martial arts, but that doesn’t really count as an ability.”
