Danica’s POV

“What the hell are you talking about?!” Rosetta yelled, hiding behind the mask of her loud noises. If only she knew I was just getting started.

“What were we talking about before? Oh, right, I asked what you think is in this syringe.” I muttered, my voice so calm, it reminded me of those horror movies Thorn usually watched. The ones where the psychopathic culprit of a murder case turns out to be the judge in charge of the same case.
