William’s POV

“Move, Olive! My arm is getting tired,” I exclaimed exasperated.

“I’m coming! Stop being such a whiner.”

“Damn, holding up this damn angel is not easy. Can someone else help me?”

“I’m setting up the Christmas tree ornaments,” Scarlett said.

“I’m checking out Scarlett’s butt,” Louis joked.

“Louis!” she laughed.

Olive came running with a string and handed it to me to secure the angel better. We were afraid it would fall, so we made sure to tie it securely. Today, we decided to decorate the house. Initially, I had asked Scarlett to do it together; that night, she stayed over with me, and I begged her to stay. She practically dragged me to agree. In the end, she rolled her eyes and accepted. I could tell she was smiling secretly, and that made me realize that she didn’t think it was such a bad idea.
