Chapter 10
Fiona's POV:
Suddenly, it struck me. Probably, this was exactly what happened to my father's business.
I could not wait to leave the office to cross-check the documents I got from the company.
"I asked the secretary for the company's sales report but she declined," I told him.
" I was surprised that the company needed a loan. It is making so many sales…I thought," I said.
"But don't get me wrong. I believe whoever did that did it for the company's good," I told him to avoid him from panicking.
Mr Whitman called the secretary immediately and she handed over the documents.
She looked like she was being forced, but I cared less.
"She can go to hell," I thought to myself.
I left his office and retired back to mine and decided to go through the sales document.
"What! Just three sales for the whole year?" I was bewildered.
"We will get to the root of this," I told myself.
The day came to an end and I dashed home immed
