Fiona's POV:

I did not even bother to check my phone. I went straight to the living room to check if I had mistakenly dropped it there.

I put on the flashlight to avoid anyone noticing me in the house.

"Are you looking for this?" Veronica asked as stood behind me and put on the flashlight.

As soon as I heard her voice, I turned slowly.

"Busted," I said to myself under my breath as I turned.

Veronica stood there looking at me.

"I could not sleep and decided to surf through the net, then I saw your news all over on the internet," she said.
