Chapter 10. Unexpected
Carl Justin was delirious. It meant that last night’s kiss had contained a safe spell. In retrospect, it made sense that Justin had slept for so long. The castle in the middle of the forest offered a light mist and a deceptively quiet coolness. Not to mention the four-poster bed Medusa had prepared long ago, Medusa always prepared a guest room, even though she knew no one would want to be turned into a statue.
Justin suddenly let out a baby cry.
“You’re a baby wolf trapped in a man’s body, aren’t you?” asked Zee, crouching under the same stone sculpture covered in five layers of tiger skin.
“Ah…no… I’m not that bad… please…”
“Huh? Compared to your friends, you’re the least bad.” Zee replied as if Justin was speaking directly to her.
“I know a Luna wasn’t made for someone like me, but…”
“But?”
