Chapter 16. Xoxo

They’re coming, Justin thought as his senses sharpened. Leaving all doubt behind, Justin wrapped his arms around Azeeva’s waist. She widened her eyes for a moment. The distance between them vanished.

Justin drove his lips deeper, and Azeeva melted into him. They closed their eyes, lost in intoxicating play. They felt the rhythm of each other’s breath. Touches that turned sorrow into pleasure.

Justin pushed Zee closer, but they were already melting into each other. There was no distance left. So Justin pushed Azeeva against the wall, holding her close as they suckled each other back and forth.

Azeeva resigned herself—the unique and overly comfortable feeling slightly relieved Azeeva’s anguish and anger. But the more Zee enjoyed Justin’s game, the more her tears trickled down her temples. It was as if she didn’t want it to end. Because once the fun was over, Azeeva would have to return to the harsh reality and fight it tooth and nail.
