Caroline's POV

I stared at her unmoving, cold body. I never had this thought of watching her die in front of me even though I hated her to the core for what they did to me, but never did I imagine them dying this way. Yes, I had wanted revenge and still did, but I had never imagined this kind of gruesome death, but maybe this was her karma.

I tried to console myself as I slowly stood up from the ground and walked to the mansion. My gaze swept around the place, contemplating where I should follow.
