Chapter 33. Something Disposable

Caroline's POV

I was quiet as I looked at him with a frown. What exactly did I feel for the boy? What precisely should I feel for him? I do know that I value his time and company, but do I really feel anything besides that?

Not really. I didn't love him, and I didn't see him as some I could get involved with romantically. I value him, but I didn't love him. He was more like a friend than a lover.

"I don't love him. I see as a younger brother who is still trying to develop in his way. I don't think you can understand me, but I'm only amicable because I noticed how kind and innocent he is, and he has a different energy about him. He is jovial and everything that the pack would need when they want to lighten up the place after a tense moment." I said with a small smile.
