The next morning, silence blanketed everywhere, and I could see the remnants of battle between vampires and wolves. I couldn't help but feel a surge of happiness.

As Jackson and I held hands, we embarked on our search for the witches. Thoughts of Lauwren's death flooded my mind, causing turmoil within me and igniting a simmering anger.

Sensing my changing mood, Jackson gently squeezed my hand, understanding my emotions. With two nods, he assured me that everything would be alright.

We delved through thick forests, determined to locate the hidden witches. Finally, we discovered their secret lair concealed behind a massive rock.

The moment they caught sight of us, their faces lit up with joy, as if we were their own personal deity.

Liam appeared deeply saddened, not just because of recent events, but also due to the loss of his beloved. As we approached, they all stood up to welcome us.
