Sophia's POV

He ran a hand through his disheveled hair, trying to regain his composure.

As the tension in the room slowly dissipated, the workers cautiously approached us. They had witnessed the intense fight between Derick and Blake, unsure of what it meant for the future of the company. I could see the worry and uncertainty etched on their faces.

Addressing them, I spoke with a calm tone, "Everyone, please gather around. We need to talk."

Reluctantly, they formed a small circle around us, their eyes shifting between Derick and me. I took a deep breath, searching for the right words to restore their faith and reassure them that we would find a way forward.

"I know this situation is difficult and unsettling," I began, my voice carrying through the room. "But we can't let this chaos tear us apart. We need to stick together as a team and find a solution that benefits us all."
