Alpha Sean got home that day from the hospital with Angela and Anna, both of whom he had taken for antenatal checkup and was shocked to find his Luna, Iris nowhere in sight.

There was an important announcement he had wanted to make but Iris had to be there. Thankfully, she came back before long and Sean who had been pacing, displaying his restlessness told everyone had had something to say.

“Before I say what I have in mind, Luna Iris, could you tell us where you had been?” he said.

“Sean, if you indeed have anything to say, maybe you should go ahead and say it,” Iris said nonchalantly. “Is my movement being restricted now?”

Alpha Sean wanted to say something but looking at Iris, he sensed she was different. He couldn’t pinpoint how exactly but she seemed more exalted and though he felt he should be glad and proud that his Luna was that, he felt threatened and scared and couldn’t understand why. So, he let Iris’s comment slide.
