Chapter 46. Love’s Strange Bond
Lyndon’s POV
After Vin Morgan shut the door and left, leaving me in the room with Andrew, I walked towards him. He was sitting on the bed.
“What are you doing here, Lyndon?” he asked, in a tired tone.
“I felt your distress and my wolf drove me here to you and I can see that I am right and you need me,” I said. I was not going to tell him that I had witnessed his hurt and humiliation.
“I do not need you!” he said.
“I doubt that. You are my mate and if I feel that you need me, then that is the way it is,” I said.
“The so-called bond is broken. So what are you talking about?” he asked. “Please go away, I want to be alone!”
“That’s where you are wrong,” I said. “You are an Alpha and should know that a mate bond cannot completely be broken if one of the parties haven’t accepted the rejection of the other,” I said, pausing for it to sink in. “And I will never accept your rejection!”
“You’re insane,” he said.
