Lilibeth, the witch who banished Wendy to the Netherlands, surprised Millicent with a visit.

“Hello, Lilibeth, how are you doing?” Millicent welcomed her warmly with a hug wondering the reason for her visit. Was she coming to confirm her premonitions? Also, she preferred referring to her as Lilibeth because she felt it sounded more dignified than her nick name Sashi. “To what do we owe this august visit?” she asked as she waved her to a seat and took hers opposite Lilibeth.

“Millicent O’Brien Merryweather,” Lilibeth called. “Hope I meet you well?”

Millicent nodded with a bright puzzled smile wondering why Lilibeth was being so formal. She could not remember the last time she used the name O’Brien. She had simplified it for herself and others by abbreviating O’Brien Harry to O’Hara.

“I have come for my payment,” Lilibeth stated. “You will recall that I had promised to come for it when the time was right.”
