Anita’s POV

The remainder of the picnic went on so silently, and now that we were in the car and everything, the ride was even more silent.

It was 9:00 p.m. at night, and Richard was driving us home. He didn’t even know I planned on asking him about all that had happened at the picnic.

First, he has brothers.

Second, they have a family restaurant.

Third, Ace is his brother… his elder brother.

Someone’s got some explanations to do.
