Chapter 49. Onlookers
Ezekiel walked towards the hallway of the dungeons after Mrs. Littlewick called in some men to help her deliver the things. Ezekiel was the last one to come out of the dungeons as they had a chat, and it was all about the university drills in the military.
“I can never imagine those girls in a battle if they didn’t learn the simple slide of the gun.”
Riddle and Ezekiel shook their heads as they imagined the worst possible.
Riddle wiped the goblets and hid them in the clear drawers. Ezekiel lined the chairs by the wall and he straightened it. Riddle stood up and wiped her hands clean. Ezekiel didn’t want to continue conversing with the headmistress, but she asked an unbearable question.
“Do you think Luther and Rachel will get married anytime soon?”
