Gage’s POV
Under the chilling morning breeze, I spot someone out of pure luck. Valentine makes his way into the bustling public square, where a lively protest was in full swing. The color of the protesters choice line the streets, music and voices of people fill the air and people of all ages carry different placards.
My hand flies to my hostler but I know that I can’t start a gun fire here. The amount of live would take down a lot of lives, something that I’m not ready to have ingrained into my memory for the rest of my life.
I discreetly follow him through the crowd my heart pounding with anticipation. I can’t afford to make a move too soon, not with innocent bystanders. I need to find the perfect opportunity to get him with putting any one in Angy danger.
As I tail him, I can’t help but reflect on the kind of man I know him to be. Proud, conceited and psychotic. I don’t think the world miss him so much if he were to die now.
