“You mean being a criminal.” Chad elaborates and Henry sighs.
“Call it what you want but I call it surviving.” He clarifies and I click my tongue on my teeth, making a small noise.
I can empathize with him, because sometimes what life throws us makes us who we are, though we still have the choice to say no to that pressure changing us. I did not want to be an assassin while growing up, my dream was to be a ballet dancer. And though I sucked at it, it was something I enjoyed doing.
