Angelica’s POV

I cleared my throat and placed the glass of water before Tyler, who looked up at me with that weird expression that almost said he was wondering if I was real or not.

I pursed my lips, joined my hands, and sat before him, taking a deep breath, ready to take his questions and answer them the best I could.

When he didn't say anything even after some time, I sighed again and looked at him.

“Seriously, if you want to ask something, just say it rather than looking at me as if I am some kind of alien,” I said to the man.

Tyler drank the glass of water in one go, as if it were alcohol, hoping it would give him some energy and confidence.

“What are you?” Tyler asked, and I arched my brows.
