Sasha swallowed, not knowing if this is really real or is she just dreaming.
“What are you waiting for, Sasha?” asked Alain, mouth twitching to the side. “Come to me, Slave.”

“Are you still waiting for Ansel?” Sadness laced the Shadow Alpha’s voice, raw and unfeigned. Almost as if he treats Ansel as a competitor towards Sasha, an Alpha’s favorite Slave.
