Chapter 6. A New Friendship

After a twenty-hour flight, I finally arrived in Hawaii. The change of scenery was invigorating, leaving me quite excited to face these new adventures.

I went through the entire disembarkation process at the airport and took a taxi that would take me to the hotel. The landscapes were magnificent, full of vibrant colors, with the ocean always in sight.

The entrance of the resort consisted of a high, rustic wooden arch with the name Del Luna in white. Next to it, the medium-sized walls were painted with colorful art, making everything lively and animated. The path to the hotel was lined with a forest that at certain moments opened up into clearings. Some had picnic tables and benches, while others had small secluded cabins. After a few kilometers, I caught sight of the hotel.
