Kalla's POV

I lit the lamp that would guide my descent, and as I took more steps, the surroundings got darker and quieter.

I can only hear my footsteps and my breathing. What could be under it?

When I got to the bottom of the stairs, I lifted the lamp to see what was in front of me.

To my surprise, I saw shelves of books! Lots of old books. I didn't think twice and quickly came here to check the books.

My plan to take my own life was stopped because I distracted myself by reading books. I brought the possible books that would give me knowledge about the curse they bestowed upon me.

Until I read a page that said 'White Curse,"

But this is not the book itself that tells about it, because it is only a book printed by a council that gives a little information about the curses he witnessed.

My chest jumped with joy when I read this. Even if it's not perfect, it might help me.
