Chapter 188. Caught!

Nate walked into the dining area and he was right, Vanessa was indeed lashing out at Maddie. “B*tch, I knew it! I knew that you were a lying—” 

“Hey, hey, hey, what’s going on?” He stepped in, stopping her mid-sentence. “Why all the yelling?” He glanced at the omega who had a defeated look on her face. “What’s going on?” 

Vanessa stood to her feet. “What’s going on? Seriously? Is that what you’re asking me? You lied to me, Nate. That is something that we don’t do to each other, something we have never done to each other before. And you did it for an omega!?” 

The food sat on the table, staring at them. “What are you—what are you talking about?” Nate scratched behind his neck as he stuttered the words out. He was confused, he had no idea what was going on, he just knew that he needed to try to keep things calm and fix whatever was going on, no matter what. 

“You lied to me, Nate! I checked my laptop, it was accessed by someone who was not me. I li
