I couldn't go back to the vehicle waiting for me. Isis had arranged all this. I made a big mistake, thinking I could ever trust her or work with her.

It had been a day, traveling through the wood in my wolf form. The journey would be longer as I didn't have an inbuilt map in my head, and so it was harder to navigate around.

I was totally spent and tired, but I kept on going. Come night time, and then another day is here, and I have spent two days already. I am full of nerves. Could I end up arriving too late?
