Sky's POV

“What the hell?” His voice fluctuates between a whisper and a shout as he directs his anger towards me.

“Don’t do that.”

“Don’t do what?” He yells again.

“Touch me.” I shake my head. “Don’t touch me.”

“But I want to.” He steps closer to me and cups my face. Blue emits a low purr and affectionately nuzzles into his hand. “And you so obviously want me too.”

His smirking face greets me as I open my eyes and I quickly swat away his hand. “I don’t.”

“Come on Buttercup.” He runs a finger from my shoulder to my wrist slowly. The sensation of his touch ignites every nerve in my body, leaving a trail of heat in its wake.

I shake my head and slouch my arm away from him. “I’m serious Ethan. Please keep your hands off me. Especially when your girlfriend is right outside the door.” I growl out the word girlfriend. She doesn’t deserve that title, I do.

“She’s not my girlfriend.” He shakes his head, but I laugh.
