“Big brother, hehe! Do you like your big sister Avita?" A small voice asked, drawing the attention of the others in the room to the individual being questioned. 

His half-brother’s direct query took aback Arnold, who had arrived five minutes earlier and was frustrated due to his thoughts. Felix’s question caught him off guard, but as an adult, he knew how to adjust. 

So, with a calm expression, he confessed his sentiments to his half-siblings, who understood the love of his life far better than he did, “Yes, I do. Would you like to help your big brother?” Felix smiled as he heard this. 

He loved Avita since she was such a nice person. If he had been a little older, he would have pursued her personally rather than pushing her toward others. He realized, however, that he would never get a shot with her because she just sees him as a younger brother. Millicent and Faith were pleased when Arnold confessed.
